Fayola Goldstone is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker with Coastal Properties Group International. She specializes in Residential Sales. Fayola migrated to the U.S. from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago in 1996. After spending six years in Maryland, she decided that she was not built for the winters “up North” and relocated to sunny Clearwater Beach, FL.
With a background in Corporate Recruiting, getting into Real Estate was a natural transition for Fayola, as she understands, all too well, the philosophy of making a match. After accomplishing many accolades with Century 21 her first year in the business, Fayola seized the opportunity to purchase three offices on the Beach and became Broker/Owner of Regatta Beach Realty, which she churned into a mega profitable business for over five years. When the time came to take her business to the next level, Fayola positioned herself to join Coastal Properties Group International. Fayola Goldstone has been serving on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors since 2007. She is also a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization and the National Association of Realtors.
Clients describe her as being a Go-getter and a Philanthropist.
When Fayola’s not working, you can find her volunteering at several charity events, running in local races, on a yoga mat, or creating outrageously fun memories with her family and friends.

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
