About Greg Bradley

Greg Bradley is the owner of Greg Bradley’s Allstate Insurance agency. He is the son of two former Allstate Insurance agents, Mr. & Mrs. Winston Bradley. Greg is a husband, father and entrepreneur – his life is “In Good Hands.”

I’ve gotten to know many local families as an Allstate agent in Gainesville. I enjoy being a part of the community, and building local relationships is one of the best parts of my job. What was it like growing up Gainesville?

“Growing up in Gainesville was a blessing and here’s why. I grew up in a Godly house where both of my parents were Ministers. I walked to school for eight years and didn’t ride a bus until High School at Eastside. I played Baseball as a youth, which was my safehaven. It was sports where I developed my competitive skills and learned how to be a team player.”

Where did you go to college and were you prepared for your chosen profession? 

“Florida A&M University,  the highest of seven hills, which absolutely prepared me for life. They prepared me   to communicate with people from all over the world. The School of Business and Industry taught me how to negotiate contracts and how to communicate with people.” “I moved to Silicon Valley in California and worked for Hewlett Packard as an Accountant. I worked in the department that distributed computers, printers and supplies throughout North America. I was promoted to planning and reporting analyst for the largest product line at Hewlett Packard. I decided to further my education and I received my MBA from the University of Virginia. I accepted a job with a management consulting firm and did that job for six years.”

What brought you to Gainesville?

“I wanted to strengthen my family and become an entrepreneur. I moved to Gainesville to spend more time with my wife and three daughters. I bought the agency that my parents once owned from Mickey Rawls and here I am today.”
